A tablet tool for nurse observers at defense medical examinations. Every test is logged the moment it happens, with the instrument used and what the client was seen to do.

• Timestamped as it happens. 88 orthopedic, neurological and sensory tests plus a 15-point oral history, one tap each, on a clock that excludes breaks.
• Goniometer, or eyeballed. The report records how each measurement was taken — and says so plainly when no instrument was used.
• Encrypted before it leaves the tablet. Exams and audio are sealed on the device. The server stores ciphertext and holds no key that opens it.
• A defensible PDF. Chronological log, elapsed times, breaks, observations, an attestation and a reference for every test performed.
